Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! SkyBookmark is completely free for all core features — saving bookmarks, tagging, liking, and commenting. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the essentials will always remain free.
You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your bookmarks and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. If you need help, email support@skybookmark.com.
Use the report button (flag icon) on any bookmark or comment. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours. For urgent issues, email bugs@skybookmark.com directly.
We're actively working on a browser extension and HTML bookmark import tool. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches. In the meantime, you can add bookmarks manually from your dashboard.
